Description

The Proel BULK230LU series is a family of professional assembled balanced audio cables designed for reliable, high-quality audio connections in studio, live performance, broadcast, and recording environments. These cables feature a 6.3 mm (1/4″) stereo TRS plug on one end and a professional male 3-pin XLR connector on the other, making them ideal for connecting devices with balanced TRS line outputs (like mixers, audio interfaces, keyboards, and processors) to gear with XLR line or mic inputs.

Key Features

Balanced Audio Performance

  • Balanced Signal Transmission: Designed to deliver clear, noise-free audio by minimizing electrical interference and preserving signal integrity over varying cable lengths (0.5 m to 10 m). This makes them suitable for professional audio workflows where low-noise and high-fidelity is required.

  • Stereo (TRS) to XLR Connection: Balanced TRS 6.3 mm plug connects to consoles or processors with balanced line outputs, while the XLR male connector plugs into mixers, stage boxes, or preamps with XLR inputs.

Professional Build Quality

  • Quality Connectors: Both ends use metal-cased connectors — a robust 6.3 mm stereo jack and a Proel XLR 3-pin male plug — for secure and reliable connections even with frequent plug-in/out cycles.

  • Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) Cable: The internal conductor is made of OFC or a high-grade Proel HPC225 cable core that ensures better conductivity, minimal signal loss, and faithful audio reproduction.

  • Flexible PVC Jacket: The outer jacket offers flexibility and durability, resisting wear from bending and handling on stage or in studio racks.

Multiple Length Options

  • Various Lengths Available: The BULK230LU cable series comes in multiple lengths — from 0.5 m to 10 m — so you can choose the appropriate cable for your setup without unnecessary slack or tension.

    • Examples: 1 m, 2 m, 3 m, 5 m, 10 m

  • This flexibility is useful for close rack connections as well as longer runs between equipment in larger rigs.
